At Anchor & Shine, family and service are at the heart of everything we do. Founded by husband-and-wife team Joshua and Elizabeth Peters, our business is built on the values of dedication, discipline, and integrity.
Joshua proudly served 20 years in the U.S. Coast Guard, giving our family the opportunity to live all over the country before settling in Lincroft, New Jersey, where we now raise our three boys. With a strong background in real estate, we understand the importance of keeping homes and properties not only clean but also welcoming and well-maintained.
Anchor & Shine was created as a way to bring together our passion for service, our love for the community, and our commitment to helping families and businesses shine.
